To ensure we can process your refund or replacement effectively follow the refund and returns below. Products can be returned:

If products are supplied to the wrong specification or are supplied damaged. rowmon.com may not be held responsible if you are intolerant to any products you have ordered. If you believe your goods are faulty or damaged please state this when you contact us. Our Refund Department will then send you to return packaging. However, rowmon.com will not be responsible for any products that are damaged due to mishandling. If our Quality Control department finds that there is a manufacturing fault we will issue you with the replacement product. If we have no replacement product available then you will be given a full refund.
We will credit your account once the Product(s) have been received by us and have been checked to ensure that the returns policy has been correctly adhered to. As soon as this is completed we will refund the full amount paid. Please note that we can only make refunds to the card that was used to place the original order.
